0.5 Acre Tract of Land w/Residence - Freedom Mill Road $180,000
Property Borders State Park. Use: Park Superintendent residence (currently family of four living in 1100 sq. ft. with 1 small bath). Purchase would additionally resolve encroachment issue determined in recent land survey and protect Park boundary for future.
Shelter and Picnic Sites for Boulders Access Area $80,000
Ridgeline trail/Boulders Access Visitor Center was opened 2009 and has no picnic facilities. Needed is a 6 picnic table shelter w/electrical service, trash cans, and two grills; in addition, 6 park-designated picnic pads, requiring site clearing, installation of 6 x 6 timbers, rock base and surface screenings, trash cans, grills and park-provided picnic tables.
Interstate Signage for Boulders Access Area $32,000
Interstate and road signage to Boulders contact station.
Parking Area Expansion at Sparrow Springs Access Area $10,000
For gravel to expand parking area at visitor center.
Electrical Service to Picnic Shelters at Sparrow Springs Access Area $4,000
Increase Special Events accessibility/variability. 110V electrical service to both shelters, approximately 3 separate outlets per shelter.
New Mower Attachment $3,000
For Safely Tractor Mowing Boulders Access Contact Station Area.

Iron Rangers $2,000 ea
Iron Rangers (security-proof donation collection boxes)-to provide a secure donation/collection system for visitors wishing to donate to Friends of Crowders Mountain, Inc. at two park access areas not always staffed during operating hours.

Co-Sponsorship of Fur, Fangs, and Feathers Fall Festival $1,200
Funding to assist the Friends and the Park with hosting the Festival.
Shuttle Transportation for the Fur, Fangs, and Feathers Festival
Transportation vehicles or funding for shuttling visitors from satellite parking lots off the park to the park event to increase visitor participation and reduce parking congestion at the Festival and park parking areas.
Funding for education and interpretive programs and equipment
Funding for refreshments for trail workday volunteers, non-funded office supplies, non-funded maintenance equipment and materials, classroom and exhibit hall materials $50
Funding for one person in orienteering program $20
Funding for one person in fishing program $10
